What A Beautiful Area

I remember being in high school and thinking to myself, I can't wait to get out of Twin Falls!! Now that I am grown and am still here in Twin Falls I have realized that I have taken this area for granted. I love this area. I love going jogging on the canyon, and just enjoying all of the great scenery here. Today we had so much fun, we down to the Falls and had a picnic with the Olsens. The Falls have the most water running over them right now that I can ever remember. You can not even see the bottom, where the water hits the lake, because there is so much mist! I am so grateful that I live in such a beautiful area.

Easter

On Friday evening we went to Tyler and Tanille's house to color eggs. Jake just wanted to eat them, but he got a few colored. We all had fun watching Jace, he was so excited to see all the colored eggs!!

Easter was a fun day, we woke up early to find the Easter Bunny had left Jake a basket and an outfit!! He was so excited. Jake just loved the bunny, we took him to the mall to get his pictures, and he just laughed and giggled the whole time. After church we all went to Gooding to spend the day with Grandpa and Grandma Thompson. We had a great dinner, and then had an Easter egg hunt with lottery tickets for the adults, I think we won like six bucks!! After Gooding we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa Bean. They had an Easter egg hunt for Jake and Owen, Jake had fun watching Owen find all the eggs. Owen was such a good sharer, he let Jake hold three of his eggs!! It was a fun Easter Sunday!

Yankee vs. Red Sox

This last Thanksgiving we went to visit Nathan's Grandpa in Lake Havasu. This was the first time Jake had met his Great grandpa!! While we were there Grandpa Tritten gave Jake a gift, a Red Sox ball, which was signed by all the players on the 1955 Red Sox Team. Jake was so excited. Nathan thought that it would be funny to dress Jake in his New York Yankee outfit, which he got while he was in NY for work, and take pictures with his new ball.
