Memorial Day Weekend

For Memorial Day weekend we went with grandma & grandpa Bean to a family reunion at Walowa Lake. This was for Nathan's mom's family. It was a lot of fun camping with grandma and grandpa, and Jake loved being out in nature. It was kind of crazy, the deer there just come right up to you looking for food. But anyway, we found cashes, which are little boxes that anyone can find using a GPS. You find the coordinates, and the GPS points the way. It is crazy how many people actually go and find these things. You can leave things in the box, or take things that you want. It was a lot of fun!!!

Camping FUN!?!?!?

So we decided to go camping this weekend, and we really had a great time. We were able to go four wheeling and motorcycling, and Jake really had a fun time! We went riding to a humming bird farm, there were probably at least 25 humming birds in this one tree. It was fun to watch them all, but they were kind of hard to photograph, the little guys can move so FAST! To keep Jake safe on the four wheeler, Nana (Gayle) brought a child harness that snapped around the driver and the child. Nate looks pretty good with it on, especially from the back side.

It was so nice to just relax by the fire, and eat smores. Jake loved being out in nature, it was so relaxing.

On the way home we got to the end of the dirt road, and we hit the asphalt. All of a sudden we heard a loud clunking sound. We were so surprised to get out and find that we had a flat tire, or to find no tire at all! Instead of a short 45 min home, it took us about three hours! Jake was such a good little boy.

We really had a great time, but our relaxing trip turned into a hard working end!

Happy Mother's Day

So we have been looking for new SUV for quite some time, but have had no luck!!! Or so I thought. Last night Nathan and I went to drop off a trailer at the store, when we got there I just sat in the car waiting for Nate to unload the trailer. When he got back into the car he just sat there for a min, and I was like what are you doing? Then he was like so Happy Mothers Day, and I was like what is he talking about, I began looking around, and then right in front of me was our new car!! I totally was taken be surprise. I had no idea that he had been talking to a dealer in AZ, this last week, and had this Nissan Armada shipped all the way here to ID!! I was so excited, and can't wait to see if he can top this one next year. (JK)
We also spoke to my younger brother Miles today who is on his mission in CA. It was so nice to hear his voice
But anyway.....

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!
